Defective Items:
Please send us an email with a picture of the defective item you received along with the order number. We will do everything we can to take care of you.
Exchange:
If you are not happy with what you have received and would like to exchange for a different item...
- Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. (We recommend USPS First Class)
- Please include a note with: your name, address, order number, and the item you would like to exchange for.
- Once the returned merchandise is received by us, your item will be shipped out to you, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Contact our customer service team you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return for refund:
- Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. (We recommend USPS First Class)

- Once the returned merchandise is received by us, your money will be refunded shortly after. A confirmation email will be sent.
- Refunds do not include the shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.
